Patient record management and appointment scheduling for a regional NHS trust
Business Challenge
The trust was running largely paper-based workflows for patient records and appointments. Data entry was manual, scheduling conflicts were common, and the system wasn't meeting GDPR requirements.
Our Solution
We built a GDPR-compliant system to manage patient records, handle appointment booking, and generate audit logs automatically. Staff training was built into the rollout rather than bolted on at the end.
